Because my offerings are primarily digital and service-based, there are no physical shipments involved. However, this policy outlines how and when you’ll receive access to your purchases to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

2. Coaching Programs

a. Program Access:

  • After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing next steps, scheduling details, and any onboarding materials.

  • Your first session date will be arranged via email or calendar booking.

b. Communication & Delivery:

  • Coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom (or another mutually agreed platform).

  • All materials or resources shared during your coaching journey will be delivered digitally through email or secure cloud links.

3. Online Courses

a. Instant Access:

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive access to your course via email.

  • If you don’t receive your access email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact support at Jibrealkhanconsulting@gmail.com.

b. Course Materials:

  • All course materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks, etc.) are digital downloads or streaming content.

  • Nothing will be physically shipped to you.

4. Delays or Access Issues

  • If you experience delays or difficulties accessing your coaching portal or course materials, contact Jibrealkhanconsulting@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Most technical issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

5. International Customers

  • All coaching and course services are available worldwide, as delivery is 100% digital.
