CANCELLATION POLICY
Because my coaching programs require a significant investment of time, energy, and personalized attention, the following policy applies:
a. Cancellations Before Program Start:
If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before the first coaching session, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).
b. After Program Start:
Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued.
This policy exists to ensure full commitment from both sides — transformation requires consistency and follow-through.
c. Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling.
a. Digital Products Policy:
Since online courses provide immediate access to digital materials upon purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once access has been granted.
b. Technical Issues:
If you experience any technical problems accessing your course, contact support within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll ensure you regain access or receive a course credit if the issue cannot be resolved.
